RKS Investment, the developer of Sunnyvale Centre, has engaged Venture Commercial to lead marketing efforts for the future  open-air lifestyle center.  Mr. Easley B. Waggoner will lead efforts to attract tenents to the the development. Sunnyvale Centre will feature an assortment of resturants, shops and service providers. Plans are also in motion to attract a grocery store and develop office space, including medical servcies.  The Sunnyvale Type A Economic Development Corporation has actively promoted this flagship development for the Town and has assisted RKS Investments in site and infrastructure development. The site is shovel ready and all necessary improvements are in place. Sunnyvale Centre is located at the juncture of U.S. Highway 80 and Collins Road.
