Construction of Sunnyvale Centre is making steady progress - all of the essential infratsructure and site preparation work has now been completed, including the recently completed stone entrances gate and main sign on Collins and Highway 80. Sunnyvale Centre is slated to be an open air retail and service center. The developer, together with the Town of Sunnyvale, is currently in negotiations with a grocery anchor as well as other food and retail tenents.
